Bitter Sweet day in the Hosptal!

Ok so here is my sweet little new nephew- baby king so far- They haven't picked out a name yet. You can see how little he is next to ray and janet's hands, but these pics don't give it any justice. He is so much littler than these make it look. He is a whopping 1 lb 13 oz. and is 13 in. long. It was so nice to be down there to see him, but extremely hard. I wanted to be there just for my sister and give her any advice or love that i could offer them both, but it was hard not to think of my baby Malia when I saw him lying there. He is only 2 inches longer than she was, so it was very hard to see him struggle. Me and my sister are very close and we share just about everything- our likes are the same, our interests, our strengths, but one thing I never wanted to share with her was watching your baby struggle, and not being able to do anything about it. I wouldn't put on my enemy what we had to go through, so especially not my best friend. I know her and ray are so strong and so is there baby- He is definetly a little fighter and will continue to be. I am so glad I could be down there with them, and so be able to touch his perfect little hands- It just was a very bitter sweet day- I would give anything to be able to be with my little baby for one minute again, but since that isn't possible- I am so glad I got to share the moment with their little baby and be that close to an angel again.
